Police name man killed in two-car crash on country road
Tragic news this morning as police have named the man who sadly lost his life in a collision on the B721. Our thoughts are with the family of 51-year-old John Alexander Carruthers, who was from right here in the Annan area.
John Alexander Carruthers, 51, from the Annan area, died at the scene of the accident on the B721.
