Woman charged after three dogs found dead
Shocking news coming from our very own Newbie this week, with police attending an incident near Annan. A local woman has been charged following the discovery of three deceased dogs at a property there.
Police found the animals inside a property in Newbie, near Annan, last Wednesday.
